Slide – Contact-Form v2

Edit

Open the module settings for editing.

Tab – Allgemein (General)

In the tab “General” you edit/enable

  • the Slide-ID
  • the next slide ID (for a branched questionnaire)
  • Navigation settings (reverse navigation, scrollup)
  • Submission & Tracking Settings

Tab – Design

Here you can make design settings that should differ from your “Global Design”. For example, you can set the background color of the slide or edit the privacy text.

In addition, you can set spaces up, down, right and left, which will only apply to this contact form.

Tab – Inhalt (Content)

In this tab you can define which elements should appear in the form itself and should be filled in by the user.

You can also enter the error messages that the user will see if a field is filled out incorrectly. We have already inserted standard texts for you which are displayed by default.

To create / edit the form fields click on „bearbeiten“ (edit).

Tab – Inhalt (Content) – Create new fields

You can create new fields via drag and drop, or simply by clicking on the desired type (then it will be inserted at the last position and can be moved to the correct position).

Very often you will use the type “Textfield”, because you can choose if it should be a text field, password field, email field, phone number field or number field.

Tab – Inhalt (Content) – Edit existing fields

To open, click on “Edit” to adjust settings.

Click on “Close” to edit another form element.

Finally click on “Save & Exit” to save the changes in the module.

Tab – Buttons & Addons

In the tab “Buttons & Addons” the progressbar and dynamic headline settings are edited.

Progressbar:

  • Longest path of the progress bar (may differ in different question trees in case of branched questionnaires)
  • Index for the progress bar (to outwit the display)

Dynamic Headline:

  • Here you can set your headline individually for this question.

Note that there is also the addon Dynamic-Headline, where you can globally set the headlines for questions (all at once), contact form, confirmation, loader and zip code.

Using this setting here only makes sense if you have questions in which different headlines should appear. Otherwise use the addon Dynamic-Headline for a better overview.

Tab – Custom Css/Js

In the tab “Custom Css/Js” you can add additional Css and Javascript to each slide.

Custom Js:

  • Javascript on appearance of the slide (executed when the slide is entered)
  • Javascript when leaving the slide (always executed when the slide is left)
  • Javascript when leaving the slide – Validation correct (only executed if the slide may be left, i.e. the validations are correct)
